The Song Loc Luxury is a beautiful hotel. It seems to be brand new and very nicely decored. We slept in the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was big with a wonderful shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with a huge indoor market right across the street. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We did not see any other guests here but imagine that the summer it is quite hoppin. This is a terrific place to stay. A cruise on Ha Long Bay was arranged for us, it’s something you don’t want to miss.

The breakfast was so bad, squishy. Swimming pool has no manager, rusty, cold. The welcome tube is 2 packets of Kim Anh tea, there is no coffee package. Everything only deserves 2.5 stars, not 5 stars.

Booked 2 rooms but only checked in 1 room. Waited until 3:30, called 3 times, still only asked customers to wait and never called back. When I come down to talk to the front desk, if there is no room for me to cancel. The next day, when I checked out, the staff said that because I gave the room card to me, I did not accept it. It's so frustrating about this unprofessional way of working

Calling the receptionist for ice to drink beer in the fridge and taking guests 20 thousand gets some ice cubes, making it difficult for guests to check out, when the room delivery is not clear, blame the guests for losing slippers in the room.
