Except for the receptionist in blue, everyone is nice. Everyone who comes to Da Nang should stay here. From the hotel to the beach is only 5 minutes by car, super convenient and the price is cheap.

The receptionist and the message checker do not have a team spirit. The person who messages the customer says one thing, the receptionist checks another, there is no way to handle it to make the customer satisfied. The error is on the operating side but the customer has to pay and there is no apology!
