Studio apartment hotel. The room has 2 double beds, quite spacious and clean. The equipment is quite complete such as: microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, sink, dining table set, air conditioner... The minus point is that the bathroom is a bit small. My team stayed on the 10th floor (1006-1007) so the sea view is quite nice. TMS building is right in the center of Quy Nhon, so it is quite easy to move to tourist attractions.

The bathroom is not very clean and tidy. Posting pictures of tables and chairs on the balcony so I booked it for convenience to buy food and drink but in reality, there were none => not as described. The elevator is often stuck, sometimes I have to take the stairs. Introducing airport shuttle service (200k/way), motorbike rental (150k/bike) are both more expensive than outside => bad experience In return, the room is spacious, has a hair dryer, iron, bowls, chopsticks, drinking glasses and no kitchen

Regarding hygiene quality: we will review and seriously fix it with the housekeeping department. 2. About the kitchen: we are ready to provide if customers request (the staff on duty has noted when checking in but you may not have heard clearly). 3. About balcony chairs: because the building is close to the sea, the wind is strong and the humidity and salinity are high, so some chairs have deteriorated after a period of use. We are replacing them. 4. The time you stay is very crowded because of some events happening in Quy Nhon, so the elevator may take a while to wait. 5. Service prices have been announced in advance, prices may be higher or lower than other places, it is normal, the choice is up to the customer. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a better experience.

I had a pretty average experience at this apartment hotel. The biggest downside is that the pictures on the website are far from reality, when I checked in, everything was not as I expected. The soundproofing is not good, easily disturbed by noise from outside. One thing that made me uncomfortable was that there was a small room that was locked, creating a feeling of insecurity. The bed sheets were old and did not seem as clean as expected. However, the plus point is the beautiful sea view, creating a relaxing feeling when looking out. The price is quite reasonable, average compared to other options. If the quality of the rooms and services are improved, this could be a better choice in the future.

As mentioned above, we went to the room twice but you were not in the room and we could not call you. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. The apartment is quite good. Fully furnished. There is no parking space. Finding a parking space in front of the apartment is quite tiring. The apartment I stayed in also had a problem with the room lock, so I had to stand outside for quite a while waiting for them to come and fix it.

- This is a serviced apartment for rent. This apartment complex will have many owners and they will rent it out themselves through a sales person. The phone number provided on Traveloka belongs to another person. Then the apartment manager will contact you personally. - The apartment may not be the same as described because each tenant will have a different layout and interior. However, the correct number of beds and basic amenities are still provided. - The apartment does not have a cleaning service and guests need to take the initiative to maintain basic hygiene. - An important note is that the tms building does not have a basement for parking, so you will park your car in the opposite parking lot. Cars will be parked along the road. - The bathroom of the apartment I live in sometimes smells from the sewer in the afternoon. I reported it to the manager and was told that it was due to the building system. Here is some information about the apartment rental service here. Tenants need to understand clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

"The app give the customers the phone number (phone: 0973967966) of the seller to contact when arrives, not the owner": that is the statement the man (phone: 0382677688) who gave me the key and checked me in the room told me. When I call the number that sent to me: The seller (phone: 0973967966) told me if they have empty room, they will let me check in early, no problem. But the one (phone: 0382677688) who checked me in told me:"we have empty room, you can check in early if you pay more money, this is our policy"It is OK because I know the check-in time is 14:00. However, I think it 's not professional to give the customers 2 different number, and 2 different explanation.

Worth experiencing. Location facing the sea, almost opposite Chien Thang square. About 5 minutes by car from the square and night market. Beautiful view, can see Thi Nai bridge, Quy Nhon port, Quy Nhon horizon and a view of the city. Couples who want to shoot time lapse are also quite okay, the sunrise looks beautiful. Fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, bowl, chopsticks, pot, washing machine. Clean. Enthusiastic support staff. Room price is also quite cheap (less than 2 million for two nights of 4 people). I choose city and sea view. And I asked my assistant to help me climb a little higher, and was placed on the 18th floor (if there was room). Recommend that you should book to experience it. Because compared to the general level, it's too cheap for such a place😚
