Studio apartment hotel. The room has 2 double beds, quite spacious and clean. The equipment is quite complete such as: microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, sink, dining table set, air conditioner... The minus point is that the bathroom is a bit small. My team stayed on the 10th floor (1006-1007) so the sea view is quite nice. TMS building is right in the center of Quy Nhon, so it is quite easy to move to tourist attractions.

Spacious room, near the sea view right in the center so it's easy to get to tourist attractions. Bed sheets and towels, the bathroom seems old and not clean, the air conditioner is broken and not cold enough. The private bedroom has a musty smell, not as expected.

I rented an apartment so I was lucky to get a modern room. The sea view is beautiful, right next to the dining area and the beach. Convenient transportation. Overall, I am very satisfied because the price is cheap but I received more than expected. Will come back.

The motorbike parking lot is closed at night without notice. If you come home late, you have to leave your motorbike outside. This is inconvenient.

Dear customer, based on the information you wrote in your review, we guess that you may have mistakenly identified the building's motorbike parking lot. The building has a motorbike parking lot on the opposite campus, however the entrance gate is on Kim Dong Street. The parking lot has a fee so it is open 24/7. The parking lot you are referring to is gate 47 Nguyen Hue, it belongs to the Youth Cultural Center so it is only open during office hours. Unfortunately, you did not contact us when you encountered this problem to resolve it. Hope to serve you better next time.

The room is quite spacious and airy, fully furnished, with a direct sea view, very beautiful. But at night I can't sleep well, I often wake up in the middle of the night because I'm sleeping but I hear the sound of the wooden floor like someone is walking. But overall it's still very ok.

The bathroom is not very clean and tidy. Posting pictures of tables and chairs on the balcony so I booked it for convenience to buy food and drink but in reality, there were none => not as described. The elevator is often stuck, sometimes I have to take the stairs. Introducing airport shuttle service (200k/way), motorbike rental (150k/bike) are both more expensive than outside => bad experience In return, the room is spacious, has a hair dryer, iron, bowls, chopsticks, drinking glasses and no kitchen

Regarding hygiene quality: we will review and seriously fix it with the housekeeping department. 2. About the kitchen: we are ready to provide if customers request (the staff on duty has noted when checking in but you may not have heard clearly). 3. About balcony chairs: because the building is close to the sea, the wind is strong and the humidity and salinity are high, so some chairs have deteriorated after a period of use. We are replacing them. 4. The time you stay is very crowded because of some events happening in Quy Nhon, so the elevator may take a while to wait. 5. Service prices have been announced in advance, prices may be higher or lower than other places, it is normal, the choice is up to the customer. I had a pretty average experience at this apartment hotel. The biggest downside is that the pictures on the website are far from reality, when I checked in, everything was not as I expected. The soundproofing is not good, easily disturbed by noise from outside. One thing that made me uncomfortable was that there was a small room that was locked, creating a feeling of insecurity. The bed sheets were old and did not seem as clean as expected. However, the plus point is the beautiful sea view, creating a relaxing feeling when looking out. The price is quite reasonable, average compared to other options. If the quality of the rooms and services are improved, this could be a better choice in the future.

The apartment is quite good. Fully furnished. There is no parking space. Finding a parking space in front of the apartment is quite tiring. The apartment I stayed in also had a problem with the room lock, so I had to stand outside for quite a while waiting for them to come and fix it.
