I booked a double room for 3 people, set the filter to "with airport pick-up" and "with breakfast". From dozens of hotels, the filter only left 7 hotels, and I chose this place for 1,340k/day. But in the end, there was no airport pick-up, I had to take a taxi back to the hotel myself, because according to the hotel, I "had to notify the hotel in advance and pay an additional fee" (the next day I went to the airport to return, the hotel called a taxi and I paid an additional 150k for one way). This is the first time I encountered this situation (for example, Nicobar hotel and some hotels I booked before, they proactively called to ask for the time and picked me up for free). As for breakfast, one of the reasons I chose it was because the image on traveloka was a buffet with a rich and beautiful menu. However, in reality, there was none. When I chose Pho and oppla bread, they told me to let the kitchen make it and bring it out. It was really a very bad experience, I felt like I was cheated. If you would like more information about this issue, please contact Traveloka's customer service team. Second, regarding the airport transfer service, the hotel provided details about the price and services but did not answer my question about whether I would like to use the service. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but is working with the transfer service provider to resolve this issue. Because they did not provide information such as pick-up time and contact information, the hotel was unable to book a pick-up service from the airport (13 kilometers from the city center). Shuttle services are usually available on the island, but other hotels include them in the room rate and offer them for free. However, Velar Hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but offers it separately, allowing guests to choose the most suitable rate.
