The hotel staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and check-in times were quite flexible (early check-in is possible if rooms are available). The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The hotel is located opposite the beach, making it very convenient for activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and dining. There are also many amenities, restaurants, and convenience stores in the surrounding area. It's very suitable for couples or families on vacation.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, helped us with our luggage. The location is a huge plus, you can easily reach all the main attractions in the city center. We also had no complaints about the breakfast served.
The room was spacious, very clean, and there was always hot water available. If you’re looking for a nice hotel at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend this place!

My family had a wonderful vacation at Koi Resort Da Nang. Everything from the rooms, services to the resort space exceeded expectations. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready when needed. The resort grounds are meticulously cared for, quiet and very close to nature, creating a feeling of absolute relaxation.
In particular, the General Manager (GM) also proactively visited and talked with guests - a big plus for the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the resort.
This is truly an ideal destination for those looking for a complete vacation. My family will definitely come back in the near future.

3rd to Princess D'Annam Resort & Spa in 2017, feeling and everything just as you expected. Great. From the staff to the food and the scenery is still pretty, as cute as the first time. Hotel service so impressive. They also provide breakfast to take away and it's not only noodle or rice. There are 3 boxes: 1 box for appetizer (egg, banana, yogurt), 1 box for heavy meal (fried noodle/fried rice) and 1 box for dessert (cakes/buns). Hotel staff always try their best eventhough language barrier. Welcome drink provided and it's nice. Room spacious, clean, and comfortable. Really recommended for tourists.
