I really like it, it's like this hotel understands human needs, from the toilet that must have a shower, the soap is really classy, the playground has AC, the bathroom and swimming pool are not standard, until the soap is available, I like the sofa bed that is close to the glass, you can enjoy seeing Sentul hill, one more thing, the wifi doesn't need a password and the access is fast and wide, the connection can reach the parking lot, the pool boundary that uses iron is also really okay for babies +++ the breakfast is abundant. It's really okay.

Stayed at Bigland Sentul Hotel, Grand Family Suite room type, the room is spacious, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, perfect for bringing children here, stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the room was neat & clean, there were Mas Dani & Kak Kaila who were quick to tidy up the room & bathroom. Yesterday stayed in room 638. Every day the pillowcases, towels, mats were all changed quickly & very neatly, thank you very much Bigland, God willing, if there is fortune, I will come back here again.

My Christmas holiday at Harris Hotel Sentul City was very memorable, with complete facilities, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, activities for kids plus a playground, and one of the best hotels in Sentul City with affordable prices.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. One particularly memorable experience was a female guest at breakfast who appeared to be older than me and from a rural area. The hotel staff graciously offered her a choice of breakfast items, making her feel comfortable. Kudos to this hotel for its hospitality.

There's also a photo booth, and there was live music when I came on the weekend. This is my second visit. The first time I had Christmas dinner here, it was very memorable.
