The itinerary is flexible and may change due to on-site conditions (traffic, weather) without disrupting the overall agenda.

We accept full payment or a 30% advance payment as a deposit, with full settlement due by the first day of the tour.

The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs from the guest's side. Rescheduling is sometimes possible if confirmed by the vendor (Hotel, Transport, Catering, etc.).

The itinerary is flexible and may change due to on-site conditions (traffic, weather) without disrupting the overall agenda.

An additional fee of Rp80,000 applies to pick-ups at Hotel Kampung Joglo Ijen, Hotel Ijen Resort, Villa Three B, and hotels outside the Banyuwangi city area.

During the tour, you are required to follow the itinerary and instructions from the tour leader.

If you are not ready for pick-up at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you, and your booking will be forfeited. You may request to reschedule subject to the tour operator's approval and availability on your chosen date.

Transportation may change. The tour operator will replace it with a similar service/item based on availability, type, and standards stated in the itinerary.
