We accept full payment or a 30% advance payment as a deposit, with the remaining balance due by the first day of the tour.

If you are not ready for pick-up at the designated time and location, the tour will depart without you, and your booking will be forfeited. You may request to reschedule, subject to tour operator approval and availability on your chosen date.
