The hotel staff is friendly & fast, the check-in & check-out process is smooth & fast, the lobby smells good, the hotel is clean. I left the hotel at 5 am and was able to get takeaway to eat at the airport because breakfast opens at 6 am, we chose fried rice & the food was delicious👍🏻. Highly recommended for those who need a transit hotel near SMB.

the security guard is also alert.
the cleaning service is really great.. friendly and honest, the room is cleaned every morning. toiletries, tea and coffee are replaced every morning.

The location is close to Cinde LRT and Ampera Bridge, in front of the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket and cafes, the hotel is old but very clean, tidy, and fragrant, parking is available in front and behind the hotel area, the staff is friendly.
