The hotel was nice, comfortable, and fairly clean. The breakfast was also delicious. It's just that yesterday I got a room with a toilet without a bidet shower, so it wasn't very comfortable. I don't know why most hotels in Indonesia have toilets designed to look like Westerners, even though the majority of guests are domestic, so it's just not very comfortable.

The room is quite comfortable, just not very clean, it seems like it wasn't mopped during cleaning, there were some insects in the room, the breakfast was very tasty and varied, there is a small gym which is quite good.

awesome, extra service, just please make the night shift staff friendly, don't just frown and be lazy to serve us who came at 11.30 at night. The receptionist was a bit grumpy and slow to work, maybe because she was also tired. But the service to guests must remain excellent.
