The hotel staff (receptionist) was very helpful regarding our desired room requirements, we booked 2 twin rooms because there was no other choice, but the receptionist exchanged one of the rooms with a single bed room so that we as husband and wife could rest comfortably.

The pleasent and have a greatfull services in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and warm greetings. The location was strategic near shopping mall. Breakfast was very enjoy, various food western and indonesian food combine with open view restaurant.

The atmosphere is comfortable, calm, and happy. The rooms are so spacious that it feels like a big house, allowing you to play with the kids. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk, are all very friendly and smiley. They share information comfortably and truly treat you like royalty.

The kids are always happy staying at the Harris Samarinda Hotel, the view is directly onto the bridge, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff. This was the first time I'd stayed in a hotel where my luggage was carried to my room, even though it was small. A complaint about the mini-fridge not cooling was promptly addressed. Aston is truly a top-notch hotel.
