I stayed 2 nights, the shower water in 3 bathrooms was very small, the flush closet was the same. Asked for the room to be cleaned but not cleaned on the grounds that the room was locked and they had no duplicates. Only the rooms on the lower floors are locked, while the 2 rooms upstairs are not locked. This indicates that they are of origin. By paying which in my opinion is not cheap, I am very disappointed to stay in this villa.

Kami booking untuk villa 3 kamar untuk 5 hari 4 malam, tekanan air di kamar mandi tidak kuat, sehingga sulit untuk flush dan shower, kamar berdebu dan kamar di lantai 2 bau jamur dan lembab, sprei dan sarung bantal harus komplain baru diganti dengan yang baru karena sebelumnya sprei dan sarung bantal berbau, handuk juga berbau lembab, sehingga kami akhirnya memutuskan check out setelah 1 malam menginap dan pindah villa, semoga bisa diperbaiki sehingga tidak terjadi di pelanggan lain.

In general, the facilities and services of the kecapi villa are satisfactory, even though during the check-in process there was a problem about breakfast which immediately received a good solution from the online party and Kecapi Villa. Maybe what should be a concern for the Kecapi VIlla in the future are some of our experiences that were less pleasant, such as 2 times the power failure in the villa that we used (Three Bedroom with private pool), the completeness of rooms such as slippers that have not been prepared, soap is used up. It seems trivial but it's a bit annoying too hahaha ... although the response given by the villa was fast in handling our complaints, at least the villa should have prepared beforehand so that we didn't have to bother contacting room service. Anyway, I had a chance to try the request in the main bedroom mattress with Happy Baby Moon greeting from roses, it turns out that the Kecapi Villa can fulfill it, it turns out that in other rooms, it is also built and it's all free from the villa! Overall, satisfying!
