Cozy room, good quality of bed & linen, kindly please check the towel for better service, strategically placed, near food place, very nice staff & helpful. I'll be back to stay here once visit Yogyakarta again. One thing, please check the drainage of water, thank you.

The ambiance of the hotel is great! The staff are very polite and friendly. The check-in went very smooth and we got the surprise that we got an upgrade to the junior suite. This suite was excellent. The breakfast had much variety. I really recommend this hotel. This hotel is also a heaven for kids with all the pools and kids things to do. Thank you Eastparc for a pleasure staying.

I had a wonderful stay at The Victoria Hotel Yogyakarta. The staff were very friendly and helpful—I really appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the clear explanation of the hotel facilities was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Parking was also easy and felt very safe, which added to the convenience. The location couldn’t be better—right in the city centre and just behind Ambarukmo Plaza Mall, making it super easy to get anywhere. Great experience. Surprised that we got a free room upgrade to a premiere room upon check-in. As informed by the receptionist, they always have this "free room upgrade" for lucky "guest of the day". The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious. Really recommended this.
