Extremely welcoming and good English speaking staff. The hotel goes out of their way to provide convenience for the guest.
Complimentry food, wine and sake during the afternoon and evening is a great touch.
I had requests including a flower bouquet for my wife on our honeymoon and all were met with a smile. Definitely the best run hotel I've encountered. Would 100% recommend.

The location was really good, near a small village with restaurants and the bus station. The food was the highlight of staying at the hotel with the best Japanese curry I've eaten.

Hotel Route Inn Shinano Omachi Ekimae
The hotel is really good, the location is right in front of the station. The room is quite spacious for a hotel in Japan. Breakfast buffet is included, the food is delicious.
The road to the supermarket is also very close.
The bus to Tetayama Kurobe is right in front of the station too.
Highly recommended.
