The room was very dirty. Finger prints all over lampshades. Dirty Vent with so much caked dust. The room smelled really bad. I paid 800 for the first night and 1500 for the second night people having sex next to us screaming. Absolutely the worst hotel I stayed into date. 1500 to for one night is absolute robbery. Then we get there the valet is out of control 40 cars and no one helping anyone.

Room was dirty when we got there. Went through 3 broken refrigerators. Staff was unfriendly when asked to help. Market for food was shut down. Only good thing was the walkable area to go other places.

This Westin experience was stunningly disappointing. Starting with the front door the glass was dirty, then to the poor service at the front desk to room service lacking robes and slow to replace used towels. Almost everywhere there was inattention to details. I am a Bonvoy member because I enjoy and appreciate the quality service that comes with that name. The Westin in Cleveland failed to live up to the high standard of excellence the brand promises to deliver.

Service was ok while checking in, some of the front desk employees seemed aloof and didn’t care if you were standing there waiting in line while someone cut in front of you etc. Also upon check out there was no help offered for the 100$ hold that is placed on your card at check in (which they don’t even tell you about either). The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over night. If your turned the AC down at all (or the temp up) then the room got pretty warm pretty quickly. I also wish we given more that 2 washcloths for showering. Other than that all the other staff were super friendly and helpfull.
