A truly wonderful experience. All the staff are professional and friendly, greet you as soon as you meet them, speak fluent English, even the cleaning staff are very good at English. I would gladly stay here again. Staff were friendly and accommodating and were able to speak in English when I talked with them. Was able to rent a scooter through them simply and even when the scooter needed servicing, I was able to reach out to the hotel for assistance. The grounds are maintained very well and every day there were numerous staff cleaning and making sure everything looked great. Stayed in an overwater bungalow and the room was perfect for me. Air conditioning worked well and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the food served at other times was good and not overpriced compared to places nearby. All in all, an amazing place I would gladly stay again.

🌟 HOTEL REVIEW IN PHU QUOC - EXPERIENCE OF MOTHER AND CHILD 🌴 This hotel stay was truly memorable. The first impression was the spacious, clean and luxurious space, very suitable for families with young children. The room view overlooking the swimming pool and the entire complex is extremely beautiful, at night you can even see the sun wheel sparkling from afar - my child loves it! ✅ Rooms: clean, fully equipped, soft bed, cool air conditioning and especially has a private balcony, very chill at night. ✅ Swimming pool: many separate areas, including a water play area for children. My child played on the slide, splashed water for hours without getting bored. The adult pool area has relaxing loungers, very comfortable. ✅ Breakfast: quite good, many dishes suitable for both adults and children (my favorite is pancakes and stir-fried noodles 😋). ✅ Location: convenient for traveling to Safari, VinWonders, Grand World, or simply walking along the beach is also very close. ✅ Staff: polite, quick support, creating a friendly and comfortable feeling. 🌈 CONCLUSION A very suitable place for families with young children who want to relax. Children can play safely, mothers can rest gently. If I have the opportunity to return to Phu Quoc, I will definitely choose this place again! 💙

Great service. Located in the city center, can walk to the night market. Clean and neat. The back of hotel is closed to the sea with nice view and swimming areas. Additional, you can use free a kayak for an hour to sail to the sea. The hotel even has a free airport transfer in every 2 hours.

Highly recommended!! The hotel is new and beautiful, the equipment in the room is ok, the staff is enthusiastic, they support me to check in up to 3 hours earlier than the check-in time. However, the breakfast buffet in my opinion is a bit small and the seasoning is not very good compared to other parties, the view of the breakfast room overlooking the sea is very beautiful. Overall 9/10, will come back if I visit Phu Quoc next time.
