Everything!!!! The staff were amazing and we couldn't have felt more welcome. They always had a smile on their faces and always went out of their way to answer any questions or help you with tours or transportation. The property was very clean and super comfortable, the breakfast had a lot of options so it could suit everyone. Great location walking distance to most attractions

Millennium Hanoi Hotel
The staff is so helpful. They have a lift, and the staff helped us bring our luggage. The room is the same as in the picture, they even upgraded our room to a family room for free. The room and bathroom are so clean. Sadly, I just spent 1 night because I will go to Sapa. Highly recommended!!
