We are traveling in a group of 4. We arrived around 8 PM after moving from another city. The front desk staff, Mr. Duong, is super helpful and very considerate. He gave us a recommendation for a dinner restaurant around the hotel by pointing out the map. Also, he brought our luggage to our front door. We asked for a late check-out, and they accommodated us with no hassle. The room with a balcony was clean and spacious. They also provide a laundry service with an affordable price. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

The first day I arrived, the cold water was turned off, but after calling 5 minutes, someone came to fix it. The only minus point is that it's a bit far from the market and can't walk, but because it's open 24/24, renting a motorbike can solve everything.

About the location: The hotel is located right in the center of Dalat but still retains the peacefulness of the countryside with a mini pine forest in front. Just a few steps away is Xuan Huong Lake – the heart of the city, the most romantic and beautiful place in Dalat. About the facilities: Everything is meticulously cared for, from the clean, comfortable bedrooms to the cozy, polite dining room. Here, I feel like home – friendly, warm and pleasant. About the staff: The service team is very enthusiastic and attentive, making me feel very welcome and cared for. About the service: Although it is a 3-star hotel, Lumina far exceeds expectations. The breakfast is simple but nutritious enough to start a new day full of energy for the journey to explore Dalat. In particular, Emily Spa: One of the great highlights at Lumina is Emily Spa. After a long day of exploring Da Lat, we were completely relaxed with body massage, hair washing, and foot massage services. The staff were very dedicated, professional, giving us moments of relaxation and comfort to recharge our energy for the new day. The hotel is located in Hoa Binh area, so at night you can walk around the surrounding areas and Da Lat market. Hotel interior is new, beautiful, clean. Hotel staff are polite, cute and very helpful. However, Tang Bat Ho street is a bit small and in the morning it will be quite crowded with people going to eat wet cakes, so if anyone has a car, note that this section can be a bit difficult to get a car. Hope the hotel maintains its form. I will still come back to the hotel in the upcoming vacations in Da Lat.

Coming and staying at this hotel for my family was a very good decision~ the hotel is located in the center, very close to the market, it's convenient to go anywhere, the important thing is the room is spacious and clean, it's very enjoyable to stay. especially with young children!! My room was Suite double room on top of the Hotel (6th floor) with balcony. Awesome view in the morning. Good mind services. The room was huge and nice accommodations, clean, bed and blanket are new every day. Located in the middle of the town, I can walk to tourist spots such as Bahn Mi (Yellow wall), Dalat night market, An Cafe, Market, Pho noodles, Grocery shop, etc. Check-in and out smoothly. Also, have Hot tea serving 24hrs. Do not hesitate to book this Suite double room with a balcony! It's worth the prices. Highly recommend. Ps. No need breakfast serving in hotel because the next 50 meters from hotel you will find An Cafe', breakfast was yummy and good view for start the day in Dalat.

Completely satisfied with my experience at KS. We arrived at 7am, the owner still happily let us check in early without extra charge. The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities for your stay. Bath water heats up very quickly. The house has an elevator. Location near Da Lat market, convenient to move. The car you rent is new, runs very well. Especially friendly and attentive brothers and sisters. Everyone can refer to this hotel to have an economical but still most comfortable trip
