Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi was absolutely wonderful, especially for families with children. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was crystal clear. One thing we really appreciated was that the pool water didn't leave our hair feeling dry or tangled, making it very comfortable for daily swimming. The room was spacious, modern, and perfect for a family. The food was delicious, and even the à la carte menu was reasonably priced, offering great value for the quality. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was conveniently located—the activity room was just a short walk away, and getting around the resort was easy. There were also plenty of bicycles available for guests to use, which made exploring the resort even more fun. Overall, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi is an excellent destination for a family vacation. Great facilities, excellent service, clean surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

The service at D'primahotel Lagoi Bintan was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the facilities were fully functional. The location is also quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing break. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with excellent service and comfort in the Lagoi area.
