The service at D'primahotel Lagoi Bintan was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi was absolutely wonderful, especially for families with children. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was crystal clear. One thing we really appreciated was that the pool water didn't leave our hair feeling dry or tangled, making it very comfortable for daily swimming. The room was spacious, modern, and perfect for a family. The food was delicious, and even the à la carte menu was reasonably priced, offering great value for the quality. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was conveniently located—the activity room was just a short walk away, and getting around the resort was easy. There were also plenty of bicycles available for guests to use, which made exploring the resort even more fun. Overall, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi is an excellent destination for a family vacation. Great facilities, excellent service, clean surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Very happy, the villa is beautiful. My husband and I felt at home and didn't want to go home. The hotel staff was also very friendly, we were really helped by their informative explanations. Next time I will come here again and will recommend it to friends & family. Love! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Great stay! Comfort, nice dinner and breakfast, my kids very enjoy the beach, pool, kids pool, and mangrove club at Holiday Inn (beside Indigo Resort, they are 1 group). I get a twin bed room, it fits well for our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 10 y.o.), will come back for sure. Highly recommend.

Nice view & location, private beach

We had a very pleasure stay. Very nice hotel and very great service, just only the outdoor private pool is not clean. All the food is excellent, we love it so much.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It is worth recommendable for guests who prefer a serene place with a nice view. Really loved the sea view from our balcony view. It’s really perfect.

This two bedroom apartment is very spacious, fit for my family. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very clean, and very recommended. Will stay again when I come to Bintan.
