The room is nice with complete amenities and friendly staff. Great breakfast too.

room is good but need more focuse on maintenance small things, like defects in the bathroom in the bathroom, and the TV channels quality need more improvement, it's almost budget hotel but you have facilities, and I believe your hotel can improve more than this, overall the hotel is good the facility is good and the room is very comfy, but please focus on the defects

I like this hotel, clean and staff service is very kind. The location also very good, near the city, mall, and other shopping centers.

All is good here only the food not really tasty

The WiFi is so bad that it turn off the connection automatically. The bathtub is also bad. We cannot close the hole with the knob at all. So the water still leakage and we cannot use the bathtub at all.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Room was comfortable. The staff are super helpful. Shout out to Reva and Dicky at the front office, excellent service! Only 1 minus, I requested to borrow their iron in the morning, they say I must wait as it’s also used by other guest. Waited for almost 2 hours but it never came then I decided to leave with greasy clothes ☹️ as I was running late for my appointment.
