Homestay in Wiyung

Had a great time. Staff were all amazing! Love that they no longer give complementary mineral water to support government’s act of reducing the use of plastic and instead providing a water refill stations in the hallway. Awesome!

We do appreciate all the kindness of the staff. Handling complaints was so excellent. Breakfast OK, swimming pool OK. Fast access to the mall. Wonderful experience of a short business trip with little kids. Definitely we will be back ❤️

Thank you so much for the help at the check in counter (i believe he is a guest service manager, Mr Andri) for giving a great solution for a mistake I did whilst booking the rooms on the app. I really appreciate it. Also the helpful staffs who’s helping with my packages / online orders that were sent to the room every day.

Excellent service!!! The waiter and server at breakfast all were very nice, especially Mr. Anang. He was very friendly and helpful! It was a wonderful experience. 👍

very recommended. surely next time will come back here again. room is clean, all provided. and the hospitality is awesome. my kids were happy with all apartment facilities.

Easy check in and check out, early check in available. Room are neat and tidy with amazing view, direct access to mall.
