Nice place, near to go everywhere & good for everything

Friendly staff, smooth check-in, everyday make-up room, room & toilet comfortable, nearby with underground, restaurant & Kensington Gardens, thanks Central Park Hotel.

The area is very OK and very close to paddington station, and lots of food around. Famous landmarks also can be reached on foot. Room was quite small for 3 people but we managed to fit. Hot water was working.

1. When at first time came to the room, the glass window already cracked. 2. Days 2, started on 4.30 until 07.00 AM, there was no water in bathroom. 3 times calling no responses. I have to go down to reception to complained. So I suggested to give the other room just to shower. They give in the other tower room.

Very bad hotel. Bad service and bad staff.

The location of the hotel is grand and safe for solo travellers. Plenty of amenities around-tesco, cafes and Tube stations, Charring Cross and Covent Garden are within walking distance. You can also choose to take a bus as bus stops near the hotel have buses that bring you to attractions and shopping area. There are also two theatres nearby if you want to catch a musical. Highly recommend!

Quick check in. Rooms, washroom , toilet and kitchen are clean and provided with all the necessary items - shampoo, soap gel, shower gel, pots, toaster, microwave, hot plate burner, cooking hood, cooking knives, cutleries, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. Complimentary bottled water however are not replenished. Lovely reception (and duty manager) . Quick lifts to rooms and available in-house paid self laundry and dryer.

Walking distance to Bayswater & Queensway underground, halal eateries, tesco and Boots pharmacy. Clean and well maintained room.

The room was too small to keep all the stuff. Too many people in one room, and it was a nightmare when you need to share the room with guys who snore at night!! The ensuited bathroom was as small as the bed, I need to use the bathroom outside. Some are smelly too. The fridge in the kitchen was full of stuff, dirty. And the most importantly, I think the worst of all is the staff. They are terrible, they seem unsatisfied when I need something. Well, just don't be the receptionists if you don't have service-mined please!! I recommend all you guys, just don't come here.
