The cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained and the location is also very strategic with many dining places and mini market nearby.

The staff was friendly, and when I went there, there was a free airport drop-off promotion, and it was indeed free, even though I was the only one with a 5 a.m. departure time. I was still delivered on time with excellent service. Thank you, Quadrant. I was traveling from Java to Medan for work and chose to stay at Quadrant because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service.

The best hotel at Kualanamu airport, clean, good service, and delicious food.

Easy check in as always, very tiny room, no other amenities except toothbrush, centralize Air Conditioner so you can't adjust the room temperature. recommend only for short stay / transit, 1 KM from Kualanamu Airport.
