They give us beyond our expectations. The Villa have 24 hours patrol security, so we don't have to feel unsecured. The location is very good, very cozy and silent. The service is awesome, free unlimited drink water, instant noodle, coffee and tea. Two bedrooms are great, all beds are Super King Size, and they add one extra bed for free. Thank you, Bhagaskara Villa.

Bringing the family on vacation and honeymoon, staying here was very enjoyable. Even though it was cold, the nieces and nephews enjoyed swimming, it was easy to monitor because the pool was indoors. And it turned out that my husband secretly contacted the villa staff to decorate the room with flowers and balloons (there was an additional fee) to give a birthday surprise. When the sound for karaoke didn't connect to the TV, the staff also quickly came when we contacted them. Basically, the service was very helpful, the staff was good to respond, the villa was clean, the cooking utensils were quite complete, and there was also a grill pan. The gallon was full, and there was even a spare. There was a fan in every room, the water heater was safe so there was no reason not to take a shower because it was cold. Towels, mukena, and prayer mats were also provided.

The Alana Hotel Malang

The staff is friendly and I booked for 2 nights, upgraded the 1st night to premium deluxe so I didn't have to move rooms, the room was clean and Netflix was all running smoothly, this is my regular hotel when I go to Malang.
