It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We spent 3 nights at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Malang during the Christmas holiday, and it was a truly memorable family experience. The hotel is stunning, especially with its view overlooking Malang Kota Station. The food and service are highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here if I'm in Malang again.

It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. The restaurant staff, named Mba Mery, was very nice, friendly, and always smiling. I hope the other staff there are as friendly as Mba Mery. My family spent 11 days at the Aria Gajayana Hotel, a truly memorable vacation. And also, thank you to Mr. Bagas, the housekeeper who found my husband's bag when he left it in the pool. He was very kind and honest.
