From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly. If I ever return to Jember, I'll definitely stay at the Java Lotus Hotel again.

The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is nice, making the children happy so they feel at home swimming and want to stay longer at this hotel. The room is quite large so you can sleep well and the bathtub is big so it is nice to soak in, the hotel atmosphere is calm and cool, comfortable for resting.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and each room had a window, so it wasn't stuffy. All the electronics were working, including cable TV, a cold AC, a bathroom fan, and a water heater. The breakfast was delicious, enough to fill your stomach, especially the fried bananas, which were delicious, crispy, and sweet. It was simply amazing.

The hotel staff are all very friendly, the hotel grounds are clean, and the rooms and bathrooms are also spotless. There's a swimming pool and a serene atmosphere. It's located in the city center and close to shopping centers. The price is very affordable.

I've stayed here twice. The staff is friendly, and I stayed in a suite with complete amenities. The price is commensurate with the quality. My husband, my children, and I enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely be back. Continued success, Bintang Mulia.

The place is nice, clean and comfortable. Close to lippo plaza and the hustle of the city. Access to locations is also easy.

My first stay at Cempaka in a long time, the last time was in 2018. It's much nicer now. Luxurious building, clean rooms, balcony with mountain views. Breakfast is still a la carte, but delicious, and very affordable.

The hotel staff was friendly, and it was indeed a trendy vintage hotel back in the day. Overall, it was comfortable, the room had a bathtub, and the food was very authentic. Awesome! The swimming pool is very spacious, and for the price of 200,000 Rupiah, I think it's totally worth it.

I once took a deluxe room and it was not disappointing at all. The view was also very good, the service was very friendly and the cleanliness was maintained. The food also had many variations and everything was very delicious.
