The staff is very friendly and helpful. I arrived looking confused and was immediately approached and helped. You can also leave your luggage here after checking out if you still want to explore. The rooftop pool is the best!!

Stayed 2 nights and was quite satisfied in room 2109👏🏻. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and always help when needed🫶🏻 Breakfast varies every day and is kids friendly because the kids club is quite spacious. It could be a hotel choice for a vacation with family❤️ Next holiday, I might stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

The best Bali vacation ever thanks to RIMBA and Ayana. The staffs were amazing, they upgraded my room and gave me a complimentary, decadent chocolate ganache (it was my birthday). The private beaches were pristine and other facilities like scheduled trams and a myriad of pools made it all the more worth it. :)

The staff is good, the service is good, the villa is clean, comfortable and quiet, far from the crowds.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, the location is quite strategic, the place is clean, the receptionist is very friendly and most importantly all the facilities are functioning well.

Superb service and room. Everything was simply perfect, staff was friendly, accommodations were more than enough, gym, pool, and cute dogs to pet. Perfect getaway to release our stress.
