Really nice experience. It's a huge hotel as you can use other Ayana's facilities. So you don't have to go outside the hotel, have everything inside. Kids playground, a lot of pools, restaurants, and a rooftop pool and bar.

Superb service and room. Everything was simply perfect, staff was friendly, accommodations were more than enough, gym, pool, and cute dogs to pet. Perfect getaway to release our stress.

The room was spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning and ample parking. The bathroom was also clean, with hot and cold water. The service was also excellent, even though we checked in late at night. The location is also convenient, although a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not far. I'll definitely be back.

The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. I stayed here for a business trip. The staff was very responsive to my requests. I left my belongings behind when I checked out, and all I had to do was contact the staff via WhatsApp to have them secured. The location is very close to GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park).

One of the hotels in Kuta, with its price and amenities, is well worth it. The food is varied and delicious. The head chef made my wife and I delicious grilled rice for breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the villa with a private pool. It was nice, perfect for backpackers or honeymooners alike. My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed having a quiet place to spend time together. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. You can even get breakfast in the morning, which is very good.
