I stayed here for a business trip. The staff was very responsive to my requests. I left my belongings behind when I checked out, and all I had to do was contact the staff via WhatsApp to have them secured. The location is very close to GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park).

The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. Our 5-year-old son absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the playground and kids' pool were really fun. Oh, and the gym was also great for burning calories. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Jimbaran.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the villa with a private pool. It was nice, perfect for backpackers or honeymooners alike. My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed having a quiet place to spend time together. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. You can even get breakfast in the morning, which is very good.

Really nice experience. It's a huge hotel as you can use other Ayana's facilities. So you don't have to go outside the hotel, have everything inside. Kids playground, a lot of pools, restaurants, and a rooftop pool and bar.

One of the hotels in Kuta, with its price and amenities, is well worth it. The food is varied and delicious. The head chef made my wife and I delicious grilled rice for breakfast.

I personally liked my stay here, my room was very roomy. Plus I got to visit Jimbaran Beach, which was a 5-minute walk away! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an alternative hotel with easy access to the beach!

My extended stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, informative, and communicative, the bedroom was very spacious, there was a stove and cooking utensils, and the balcony was quite comfortable for hanging out. A few comments: the towels could use updating, the bathroom sink took a while to drain, and the drain needs to be checked, and the pool floor was a bit loose. This hotel provides excellent service. Our room was upgraded by the hotel team, and they were very responsive, even late at night. They also provided an early breakfast box for those who had to leave very early. The hotel grounds are very comfortable and quiet, with the shade of the surrounding trees. Highly recommended for those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere.

My experience was very interesting! The air around the hotel was very fresh and cool. The rooms were neat, well-designed, and the food in the restaurant was delicious! My favorite was the waffle.
