The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. Then we can enjoy the sunset while eating and listening to live music. In short, the Intercontinental Hotel Resort is the best 🫶🏻

We stayed for two nights. The service was excellent, the hotel facilities were complete, and the kids especially loved swimming on the rooftop. Adults could enjoy the ocean and GWK views, or work out at the gym.

Even though it was already after 10 PM on a busy weekend, the front desk team was incredibly patient and genuinely did everything they could to help with my request. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made me feel truly well taken care of. What impressed me most was not just what they did, but how they did it. They never seemed impatient and made the whole experience so pleasant. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Thank you to the amazing front desk team for going above and beyond. This hotel provides excellent service. Our room was upgraded by the hotel team, and they were very responsive, even late at night. They also provided an early breakfast box for those who had to leave very early. The hotel grounds are very comfortable and quiet, with the shade of the surrounding trees. Highly recommended for those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere.

I've known this hotel for a while, though it's had several name changes. It has an old-school Bali feel, with quiet rooms, good water pressure, and decent TV channels. The air conditioning is also quite good. There's a swimming pool, but it's not too crowded. Overall, it's a pleasant place for a family vacation.
