Good service, rooms okay, and a strategic place for nyari food and places okay.

Thank God, I booked a Standard Room, but upon check-in I was upgraded to a Junior Suite without paying any extra. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The room was very clean, with amenities (soap, towels, coffee, tea, sugar). There were also cooking utensils, complete with spoons, forks, a frying pan, a pot, and more. Check-in was easy. There was even a broom for the mattress. Overall, the room was fully furnished, and I was very satisfied.

The most pleasant stay, feels as comfortable as your own home, the cleanliness is really good, the employees are all friendly, clean towels, clean bathrooms, always come back here every time to Surabaya. The best and recommend.
