Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya
My husband and I used to love this hotel. Small, but had all we needed. But I feel disappointed with Dafam in my last stay. The pillows felt very old and not comfy. The bedding looks dirty, and the cushions even worse. i had to ask to change the pillow and bedsheet. They didn’t wash the drinking cups daily.
I will not comeback again.

THE ALIMAR PREMIER HOTEL Surabaya near UNAIR Airlangga , Galaxy Mall, KONI , ITS , Kenjeran , Suramadu , Indonesia
The hotel is comfortable, especially being close to malls, but the room is HOT because of the big windows. The AC works fine, but the room is just too hot to handle in the evening and afternoon.

Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya
First time staying here and I'm 100% satisfied with the hotel services and facilities. I've been late to check in and they gave me a free upgrade to apartment type room which is much better than the room I've booked. The location is good, the room is clean, and it's very recommended to revisit for a business trip or just a holiday. Love it!!!
