Hotels in Malang

Nice hotel. Easy access. Very friendly staff. Not try the food, but should be OK. Many western people was found there. Need improvement for the parking area on the back side, perhaps can be add shades roof so the customer car can be protected from rain and sun. But overall, the hotel is OK.

So so experience, not bad at all.

it was my first stay. things didnt go well at the beginning, but i appreciated the staff response. first, I couldnt go into my room cause my card wasnt working. the room location is quite far from the lobby (plus I carried a backpack). i didnt knw that at the end of the hall, there is a phone to call the lobby. thankfully a staff passed by and helped us. another staff came in 10 mins later with a new card only for me to find out that someone is already in t room. apparently, i checked in t wrong room. number 9 written in my card ressemble number 5. the room was spacious. we had a garden view balcony all stuff is working. when I borrowed an iron, it wasnt working, the housekeeping gave me a new one the pool is nice and clean, but the water was freaking cold. we can borrow 3 towels kid's pool is warm but cramped by shivering adults. we tried the jacuzzi. it is great. we borrowed another towels here. the hotel was quite vast, we explored it the next day. there is a small playground at the back facing eco green park. the buffet breakfast is so so. the choices were not that many for 200k. there was no kids corner serving popcorn cottton candy or ice cream.roll, but thankfully there was a yoghurt machine

Overall good, the room, access, and everything.
