They lost my car keys, and my pants , they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, even though it was, when I ordered food they wouldn’t let me bring it in, they told me I had to eat it past the property line then I could come back. The staff seemed eager to take advantage of the fact I am not a native French or Arabic speaker.

Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. New , modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly. Buffet available, food is okay, prices are more expensive than similar food in the US.
