Four Points by Sheraton Oran

They lost my car keys, and my pants , they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, even though it was, when I ordered food they wouldn’t let me bring it in, they told me I had to eat it past the property line then I could come back. The staff seemed eager to take advantage of the fact I am not a native French or Arabic speaker.

Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars

The services offered are horrible, we asked for slippers on arrival, we waited over 2h to get them. The restaurant is too small and the offered buffet isn't as expected

Rubbish hotel be avoided to book with this hotel . nothing relative with sheraton hotel the pool showing working . but wasn't work rude peoples . waste money . Waste time being drive for 5 hours with my kids were excited for pool

Service was great and the hotel was okay (hallways could be cleaner and the lobby was mediocre). But, overall, the value for money wasn't good. The place was quite pricey and didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast (added cost of 4,000 dinar ~ 30 USD for coffee and an omelet for two). Next visit to Oran, we'll stay elsewhere.

This property is new, and looks it. Phisically the facility is very nice. The staff, however, could use some upgrades

very good location and view of see. very good breakfast. But the open air swiming pool is not open on daytime, only at evening.

It’s a truly lovely hotel with amazing views and a rooftop pool. Ideal (you might think) for your perfect break but when the facilities are not working that’s not cool at all. Steam room with no steam. Pool without umbrellas. It’s a shame that those little snags are not fixed as quickly as it should. Please be aware that officially children under the age of 18 years old are not allowed in the pool not poolside. If you are an SPG Member please know your rights as not all hotel staff know what it involves. I wasn’t comfortable with it but I had to ask for my welcome gift, my free drink voucher and clarify that I had the right to an upgrade at no extra charge. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a well deserving break. Helpful and kind staff. Airport pick up is a bonus but I had to ring the hotel to book it since as I did not get a response to my emails. If you are a business traveler then you are very lucky to be put up in that hotel.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, but what really made it an excellent stay were the staff. Ultra helpful, going out of their way to make my stay as relaxed as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

One room had cigarettes buds in the ice tray in fridge. We had to ask twice for them to clean it. One room was not cleaned on one of the days.

First stay at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. I wanted to spend a week with my son visiting my extended family, to enjoy a quiet time with my son and to clear my head. So I booked a hotel with a seaview and a (almost infinity) pool to cool down in while overlooking la Cornish of Oran and here I found it. I rang the hotel and confirmed our airport pick up and yet NO ONE has turned up to pick us up once we landed at 9.30 pm. I had no choice but to get a taxi and get there by ourselves. How can you forget a female traveller with a child at the airport in a foreign country....that's not cool Marriott International. As far as the hotel location, facilities and cleanliness is concerned it's spot on. BUT huge issue with hot water. We had no hot water for three nights in a row and we had no choice but to have a cold shower after a hot and a busy day. Two days out of eight, my son and I decided to spend it at the hotel and chill by the pool and the spa facilities. Unfortunately, no one has told us about the fact that the plumbers have moved in and the water supply was turned off, during the day. So, we could not have a shower after the spa use which frustrated me because I was cold and tired of the situation. In my honest opinion, the hotel has huge COMMUNICATION PROBLEM AMONG ITS STAFF. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. New , modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly. Buffet available, food is okay, prices are more expensive than similar food in the US.
