Unit was dated
Needs a paint job, poor condition and new carpet would be good.
Unit was smelly
Unit wasnt very clean
Overall it was ok for one night wouldn’t stay longer and it was the penthouse had great view’s, if it was updated be a great unit . Leaving carpark was tricky no fob swipe.

The studio with jet bath was my occupancy. The room is average. Clear signs of wear and tear (carpet torn in many places, oven was rusted, bed wasn’t too comfy, toilet taps made sounds and jet bath was not very clean). Overall, an okay place to stay, staff is very friendly and location is good.

The staff are polite location great
The rooms are big internet good.
But
Not clean very grubby,yes there's renovaited rooms but they have just painted over the grubbyness.
Rubbish was left from previous guest and much more.
The fact they can charge 130 on a Wednesday and 460 for same room on a Saturday is criminal the excuse for this is it's the weekend..and? The logic to that is quite simply supply and demand if you can afford to be charge hugely for accommodation we will gladly rip you a knew one.

The family room was we stayed in was very old. The grout at the bottom of the shower was black (we thought at first it might have been mould), a couple of the floor boards were broken and slid back and forth along the floor, the tap in the kitchen was wobbly and there were stains all over the walls. The room was clean and tidy, but the floor and the handles to all the rooms felt grimy and greasy. When you stepped out of the room, you could smell all the cooking smells from the other units, which was not appealing. There were also no tissues :(
It was however, located in a great spot (close to beach and the shopping/restaurant strip), the view was good and the pool in the complex was fantastic.

Had everything we needed as well as location, location, location. Heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Great room. Spa in the bath, kitchenette was awesome. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed having a balcony too.

The room was less than average. Arriving up to the room the room number was written on with sharpie, door poorly painted, entered the carpet is damaged, walls are dirty, stains on the sheets, dust over all pictures, smoke alarms, vents etc. Bathroom had cracked tiles and mould, towels stunk. Would not stay here again.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL!!!
Deposit taken on arrival for more than the booking amount which seemed crazy. The staff didn’t take our card details so refund has not been made approx. 4 days after checkout. We have had to chase them to issue this refund!!
Room was a good size but was showing its age, could do with a refurb. Kitchen utensils ok but old, provided on sachet of washing up liquid for 2 nights.
Parking is hard to get!! I called ahead before booking and was advised there is plenty of free on street parking outside, this is true but it is restricted to 3hrs, not great if you want to be out all day as you will be back to the room many times to move your car….
Washing machine available outside the room which was very useful :).
It is a cheap room and needs renovation. If you’re happy to make do while you stay it’s ok but likely to find better options in the area.
