The gentleman at reception that checked me in and out was lovely. Very pleasant and helpful. The staff working in the bar/restaurant could learn to be a little more pleasant towards their guests. Will stand to them in the future. No hellos or good byes which are little things that make a difference rather than just looking at you! Location was perfect, older style rooms but was ideal for a short stay. TV with Netflix and comfy bed, can’t fault the stay.

Staff were friendly, the King Room was clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower door didn't close so the bath mat was soaked. Lighting in bathroom not enough for shaving and make-up. No place other than a corner on the floor for one suitcase. Had to move furniture for access to power points. Room not big enough fir two people, note it has a 'king' bedç. Great street position. No room service, no water in fridge. Difficult to fill kettle from ver small bathroom sink.

Got to check in early as room was ready 👏 Had a schnitzel from the restaurant and it was out of this world 👏 There was a problem with my room as the aircon machine was outside my window. Called reception and they moved me to another room with no problems at all! The offer of a beach towel when I arrived was magic as I had not brought one of my own 👏 reception also helped me out with another problem I had 👏 I will definitely be back 😊

It was ok but odd that the booking didn’t pick up number of people so we had two rooms but bed wasn’t set up. The staff were helpful and sorted with no problems but needed me to ask It’s our second time and I can’t wait to go back again

There was an issue with the room with the beach view so we didn’t stay in that room. Hotel upgraded us (family of 4) to a larger room with 2 bedrooms and a spacious common area. Great hotel and perfect location. The weather was amazing when we were there so we really enjoyed our time at this hotel and in the Bondi Beach area. There was no laundromat on site but we were able to wash our clothes in a laundromat nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel is very nearly on the beach, and within walking distance of nearly every food you could imagine. The staff are friendly remember you and the hotel food is good and the happy hour exceptional you can people watch you can surf watch you can take a nap. It’s all good here.
