Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. The location by Darling Harbour made it easy to walk everywhere, and the breakfast selection was solid. Service was warm and efficient, making the whole stay feel effortless.

Right in the midst of the city - great location. Unfortunately the lifts weren’t working except for one of them during our stay but the staff were lovely and able to provide other options via the services lift.

I was charged for food taken out of the mini bar yet I used nothing from the mini bar. I did have a tea, which I assumed was free. If charging $7.63 for a tea bag is what Hyatt considers reasonable, then this will be our last stay at any Hyatt hotel. Most less expensive hotels provide in room coffee and tea for free. Shame on you Hyatt for being so cheap

A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much. I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train. The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was. I will absolutely be back!

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpfull. We have stayed at this hotel on a couple off occasions, and from last year to this we can honestly say, the breakfast facility was complete disorganised chaos , and thats putting it mildly . Overall we like this hotel, but would most probably not stay again
