I stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for two nights while on vacation, and it was such a great experience! The check-in was super quick, the staff were really friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. The best part? The location! The hotel is right next to a tram stop, so getting around Sydney was a breeze. It’s also just a short walk to the harbour, and there are plenty of cool cafés nearby with amazing coffee. Overall, I loved my stay at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. Totally recommend it!

While the stay was fine I found the reception staff were slow and dressed inappropriately. After travelling extensively overseas I found their dress very casual especially wearing joggers and not at all professional. The wait to check out was too long with only one staff member on. The barista at breakfast was grumpy and not at all friendly

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Condition of rooms that I was allocated was not. First room the Black out blinds could not be shut and was stuck. They assigned me to another room and the heating in that room does not work. The location of the toiletries such as body gel, shampoo and conditioner was at the end of the bathtub, other end of the shower head.... I had to carefully walk down the end of bathtub to get to them and bathtub was quite slippery.

Close to either the light rail, ferry or bus the only down side is much of the view now obscured from the windows facing the harbour side (north west, towards central). Would recommend as a handy location to Darling Harbour if walking is no issue. Much closer to the old Star Casino. Excellent staff and enjoyable place to have a quiet afternoon at the Ternary Bar.

Was very convenient to Darling harbour and events at ICC theatre , shame no bottles of water in mini bar fridge , and PowerPoints near beds are not very easily accessible and a toilet brush would be good and the bath/shower is a bit unsafe , I nearly slipped and fell !
