노보텔 시드니 온 달링 하버

객실이 먼지 등 위생이 별로네요

오래된 호텔입니다 잘 관리를 했지만 침구가 편하지는 않았어요 딱 가격만큼의 호텔입니다

달링하버와 가깝고 더스타 카지노와도 가까워서 좋다. 달링하버로 나갈때에는 G층으로 내려가서 주차장을 통해 엘리베이터를 타고 내려가서 트램역 컨벤션역을 건너 가면 좋다. 다른 곳으로 나가면 엄청 돌아가야되고 헤멘다.

깔끔하고 편한환경입니다 다만 체크인시간대에는 접수인력이 부족해서 줄이 엄청납니다

호텔 위치 끝내줍니다. 달링 하버 바로 앞/ICC 바로 옆/전철역과 연결되는 주차장..시내가 아주 가까워서 QVB까지 20분이면 갑니다. 시드니 오페라하우스도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리. 전철이 바로 연결되니까 먼거리도 오케이. 반경 10분 이내 거리에 한식/일식/중식/이탈리안/베이커리-카페 등등 먹을 것이 천지네요^^ 호텔시설은 쓸만한데 욕조에 샤워기가 고정된 것이 불편하네요. 샤워 안하고 머리 감으려면 욕조 바닥에 바짝 엎드려야 해서 다소 불편합니다. 먼지가 많다는 후기가 있었는데, 아침 햇살이 잘 들어서 그런것 같습니다. 바닥이 카펫이니까 먼지는 어차피 많죠.

Very convenient and comfortable

The air con in the room was hot and cold all the time, can never get the room to a comfortable temperature and stay like that. Probably being picky, was definitely expecting room coffee is better than a nescafe 43 sachet. After housekeeping we werent given fresh face wash, when asking the staff said they ran out. Every morning when the airline staff checking out the front foyer was a mess, always a struggle to get to the lifts. We liked the bar, good seatings. And its great location if you are after somewhere in darling harbour

The room was clean but in a dire need of updating from this 1990s look and state. The car park was a nightmare, the QR payment and access system was not working properly with the camera unable to read the license plate leaving us stranded in front of the boom gate 2 times.

Very good

The hotel was just magnificent inside. It had everything you needed in one place. The staff, they were just amazing- kind, courteous, friendly, and very approachable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very nice, with beautiful presentation and spaciousness.

The lady at the desk found out we were celebrating our anniversary and sent some sparkling wine to our room. She even remembered how many years we had been married. Great attention to detail.

I was there on conference. I had my twin grandchildren and their mother with me. I was surprised to find the hotel so unaccomodating. Every request was very reluctantly handled. I needed extended ours. The conference started at 9.30, in Novotel. Checkin was 3pm? more than half the day gone. I needed the room at 9am. Babies needed to be fed and changed and put to sleep. I requested this when I booked BUT... they made a big fuss. Nonroom was ready to go into until after 1pm. My daughter had to sit in the lobby and try tend her babies and keep them quiet etc for half a day! They also carried on about an extra charge. Same thing at checkout. No extension unless I paid more. I was already paying $430/ night. Conference went to 5.30pm. What were we supposed to do with babies after 12 noon? I would not stay there again.

bon emplacement dans la ville mais le service n'est pas au niveau du prix payé : nourriture moyenne, petite piscine, chambres peu spacieuses...

The room was very good but the TV had a sizable hole in the screen most likely caused by pixel burn. The staff were very good and the restaurant was much better than expected

Mattress is great, bedlinen is clean. Carpets are not very clean, especially in the corners. Bathroom riles are mouldy in the bathtub area. Breakfast is just Ok, very basic, with view on the construction site and buildings.

Comfy beds, plenty of pillows, and good clean room. Aircon didn’t seem that cool though even after turning it down to 18 degrees.
