Nice location with easy access to metro station, Victoria Cross. The check-in process is smooth and easy. The surrounding area is really nice with parks, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. The only problem is no enough parking space. For some reasons, only one level of car park was available during our stay and we end up needing to park at the outside of the hotel.

The entrance to room 702 is very crowded and the AC in that room is a bit noisy. Outside of this, the the hotel location, its staff, amenities and room is excellent

Stay was pretty good for its convivence. Wasn't a great experience though over my VIP bottle of wine which was part of my booking but they tried not to honour. Got there in the end.

We were thankful that we could check in early and park the car. The 2BD suite with a balcony is small but comforable and fit our family of 5 adults well. The kitchen area was useful and offered beverages and snacks (for a fee) but had complimentary tea and coffee. The refrigerator is small and used as a minibar rather than storage for your snacks or beverages. The staff was so helpful and responsive to our needs for additional linen and towels. The bathroom amenities were thoughtful and plentiful! The location was in a very walkable area.
