Breakfast was ok Staff didnt respond to my complaints about the fridge not working, the room aircon stopped working every 2 days I had to "hard reset it" each time. The room is so outdated it's a joke! No smart TV is laughable these days.

The breakfast buffet was very ordinary The coffee machine was broken and the cranky lady in charge was than going to charge us for coffee from the barista Not good and she was rude The room had stains throughout the carpet and the skirting boards need repainting The restaurant was quiet small and we couldn’t get a table for dinner but the reception staff were nice and friendly Overall the place looked very tired

Air con wasn't working first night no one did anything about it. Second day someone came into the room and rebooted it. No great service. Rooms were very noisy with lots of kids running up and down corridor and slamming doors.

The stay was okay, but there’s room for improvement. Some basic amenities like bottled water, a dental kit, etc.. were not provided in the room and had to be requested at reception. The room also felt a bit dusty upon arrival, and the toilet flush was quite noisy and seemed to run continuously during our stay and we unfortunately noticed an unwanted insect in the room.

Very clean and spacious hotel in a desirable yet quiet part of the city. Concert venues were nearby and easy to get to. Lots of things to do in the area such as shop and eat plenty. Had no issues whatsoever apart from there being no microwave in our room, but otherwise an exceptional stay with amazing staff.
