Great location but the room needs a refurbishment. It would be nice to have basic amenities like slippers and toothbrush ready in the room. It also needs more housekeeping staff during the weekend because we were told our room was still not ready at 3:30pm (check-in time was at 3pm, but luckily it was ready after a 10/15-minute wait). Most staff were friendly and helpful except for one lady at the reception- she needs to more smile.

Hotel staff were very accommodating & friendly, especially Harvey in the bar. Hotel is a bit dated but clean & comfortable & located in a great spot, close to trams & China Town, Darling Harbour, central station & only a short tram ride to Circular Quay.

This is our favourite hotel and we always start here when we're in Sydney. The staff are absolutely lovely and so thoughtful! I even had what I believe to be the best coffee I have had in my life so far, just yesterday at the Storehouse Restaurant.
