Aris Grand-Place Hotel

Excellent location. Friendly staff

Fantastic location, the bathroom is modern. The furniture is too big for the room. Some amenities didn't work.

Clean room, excellent location

I did not stay here as my plans chanced and though I tried to cancel more than a month in advance I could not get a refund. This is unethical.

Please take note, Hotel is on a pedestrian only street. You have to get dropped off way up the street and find your hotel, all while dragging your luggage through the cobblestone sqare/streets. I did have a wonderful corner room and I could see the tower in Grand Place from my windows. Also was able to watch the sunset. I arrived around 2 hrs early before the 3 o'clock check in. Room wasn't ready yet, so they stored my luggage. When asked what time i should come back, was told 3:00. Didn't seem like there was any wiggle room. When checking in, i was told that on checkout morning, they could have the taxi driver come help with my bags to the taxi. When i checked out, I was told by a different employee, that wasnt possible. She said she could help me to the door, which was 30 ft accross the room, but that was it. That was very condescending. All and all, the room was nice, the staff were not extremely helpful.

The location could not be beat. The room was very clean. The hair dryer was not working but they gave me a replacement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming. Jenny and Sarah at the front desk were especially helpful—they greeted me with genuine smiles, made check-in quick and easy, and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and taken care of. I also want to mention Angelica at breakfast, who truly brightened my mornings. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. Her friendly attitude made the start of each day even better. Overall, the staff really made this stay stand out. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere—I highly recommend this hotel.

Small rooms,

Only there for one night, staff went out of the way to be welcoming and friendly. Clean, comfortable and we would stay agai.

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from Grand-place in the heart of the historical centre, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Many attractions were a short walk away, as was Brussels Centraal train station.

Great staff especially friendly and helpful Ewa. Super shower in modern bathroom. Lloyds cafe downstairs lovely. 5 mins to station, in the heart of old Bruxelles.

Great location. No sitting area in hotel. It’s attached to the Lloyd Coffee eatery on the main level. Noisy at night. Arrived very early. Was checked in early into an upgraded room. I got very ill my first night there… Thank you to the morning front desk clerk(I did not get her name). She came to my room to see what I needed and sourced some supplies for me as I was too ill to leave my room.

Rooms were not super clean.

My room was clean, the temperature was perfect and I had a good view. Thanks.

Very friendly staff

Hotel Aris Grand Place is a nice, clean, reasonably priced hotel in a great location near Grand Place. Cars aren’t allowed so you have to walk the last block to get there. One of the elevators wasn’t working the one night we stayed there. Coffee shop in the lobby offered great coffee drink and full breakfast and lunch.
