Bed was not very confortable, and pillows too.

Basic and ‘honest’ hotel for the $. Power was cut off the and entire night and cable simply stopped working one day with no apparent solution in sight.

I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

No geral não é ruim por conta do café da manhã. O quarto é bom mas pequeno. O banheiro também precisa de umas reformas. Mas o custo benefício ainda vale a pena

My only complaint was the fact they did not have any English channels! Sometimes I like to listen to the tv when I getting ready!

Osasco area is outside the Downtown area of Sao Paulo It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic, The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures). The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though) Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around. All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.

Efetuei a reserva uns dez antes e fiz apenas uma solicitação, gostaria de um quarto com vista e janela pra rua Rui Barbosa, pois deixaria meu carro estacionado na mesma rua os dias que eu estivesse hospedado no hotel. Quando fui realizar o check in a recepcionista não atendeu a solicitação e me disponibilizou um quarto com vista para os fundos, e informou que o quarto disponível era aquele e caso eu quisesse trocar de quarto eu teria que pagar uma taxa a mais para isso, e eu não aceitei, além disso o quarto disponível era com acessibilidade, sem box no banheiro, que quando tomava banhos o banheiro inteiro ficou molhado inclusive escorrendo água para o quarto, sem contar com uma cortina fedendo a mofo, o banheiro inteiro sujo de embolorado. Não foi realizado limpeza e arrumação no quarto no dia 3/07 mesmo tendo deixado o aviso de porta solicitando arrumação. Em fim, uma total falta de qualidade por parte do hotel nesta estadia. Fiquei bem insatisfeito que inclusive nem o café nas duas diárias eu tomei, e que estavam solicitadas e pagas na diária.

Há mais de dois meses que o wifi do hotel não funciona. Muitos quartos com problemas de manutenção, fechadura não tranca, TV não funciona, te enviam para um quarto que já está ocupado, canais de TV fora do ar. As instalações são boas, mas o hotel é muito mal administrado, muitas falhas de operação e manutenção.
