We’ve really enjoyed our stay our room was upgraded so we had two separate rooms which contained two TVs and we found being on the 12th floor was very quiet and we were able to get a good sleep. If you’re looking for a luxurious bathtub, then you might want to find a different room back on the other hand. There is a hot tub on the 22nd floor and some exercise equipment that you would probably enjoy if you get up early before you check out thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you.

Hotel is pretty from the outside, but dated and grimy in the rooms themselves. They offered no extras as far as bottled water in the rooms, breakfast was extra. The hotel is honestly just in a prime location for walking to major attractions. Not a great hotel for kids - its literally a place to lay your head. I stayed in another hotel just days later in another province; the hotel was 1/4 the price (no exaggeration) and all extras were included, and this hotel was recently renovated.

A large window in our first room the seal was broken and you could not see out at all. The manager came to see it promptly but I can't imagine this was the first they knew of it. The second room we went to the stopper for the tub was broken. The chicken sausages for the breakfast were undercooked, the eggs were wet in texture and the thin pancakes in the warmer all the edges were hard.
