My truck was stolen while a hotel maintenance staff member watched it happen and based on security footage, had a part to play with this. Hotel security agreed to suspicious activity of the maintenance worker, however hotel management denies this. The negligence of management and criminal activity of staff members at this hotel is staggering. My family and I waited in the hotel lobby for several hours with our luggage and they couldn’t troubled to compensate us with anything other than a bottle of water. I cannot recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Room was very nice and staff were helpful, but I went to use the 24 hour store and there was no one at the front desk to help us at 3 am even though it was 24 hour so that was frustrating

Our stay was fantastic . We had a great evening on saturday night and staff was wonderful and they brought us glass plates and glass forks and knifes for our supper.our stay was wonderful but the only thing that wasnt working was the jets in the hottub on sunday morning .

Almost everything was great. Check in, clean room, had breakfast in the restaurant. All good. One complaint - the pillows. They need to be replaced. So soft it felt like there was no pillow at all. We would go back.

The front desk staff seem to lack basic common sense about how to treat guests. The manager wasnt there and I booked on hotels.com. I live in Saskatchewan and I booked the wrong date. (NYE)The front desk staff refused cancellation to hotels.com. There was no manager to talk to they were apparently unavailable and on vacation. SO I had no choice but to drive across 2 provinces through a blizzard and Black Ice conditions to get there or they were going to take my money for nothing. It took me 8 hours to drive in harrowing life threatening conditions. I arrived and wasnt given the option to switch rooms as my company didn't come with me. I had to wait at the door ring on the doorbell for 15 minutes and walk around the hotel getting staff to notice me. It was - 20C. There was no signage. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to open the door. I froze my face and hands. The entranceway was unshovelled and had a very difficult time entering the hotel. There was no courtesy late checkout and I was very very disappointed that I had to miss NYE and drive across 2 provinces to get there and get treated extremely rude by the front door girl. treated rudely by the front cheobut

The rooms that we stayed in were very clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, responding to our questions and requests in a very timely manner.
