Sauna is cold. Hot tab was dirty.

The stay was good but basic essential needs were not available. There was no provision of water available, one needs to buy from their vending machine or bring from outside. Secondly, only one charging port was available to charge one thing at a time which is not feasible if you want to charge multiple devices together. Furthermore, there was no access to online streaming platforms, one have to login their account on their device. So no availability for entertainment. The lights in the room used were deemed and yellow light was fixed, which was leading to eye strain or headache. Bathroom had a constant pungent smell during the entire stay and the cooler available had a very extreme noise which was not helpful during the sleep

Excellent service and hospitality at this Inn. The room rates are exceptional and the rooms are clean and updated. Would definitely return

Clean room. Friendly staff, free parking on property Good place for a good price. No breakfast and no coffee but low price for a night stay. Tim Hortons and Cora’s across the road, Will go back when in the area

The parking is very easy, just beside the hotel building. The ac/heater in the room was a bit noisy and the bed was taking me deep into the bottom of it since It was a spring mattress and the springs in the middle part of the mattress weren't good enough to hold me up. Overall, it wasn't that bad, was clean enough.

Spent a night there on my way to Montreal. The hotel looked a bit on the old side on the outside, but inside it is in good condition. The room was fine, the bed comfortable, a good night sleep.

The room was clean , staff were nice, and parking was good as well. Just the room was a bit cold the heaters weren’t working good. I expected the room to be a bit bigger as well.

They are taking over a week to refund because we refused to stay because of how dirty it was

Terrible property, we checked in and the hotel tried to say we didn't have a reservation when we clearly did. They couldn't understand a lick of English and were very rude towards another guest that was staying at the hotel. The room was filthy, the bed looked like it was just remade (not cleaned or changed)! Urine in the toilet, bins weren't emptied and now I've weird bumps on my skin. Genuinely just go to another hotel it isn't worth it, I promise. If you're a late night arrival from Pearson, it works out cheaper to get a airport hotel because when you factor in transportation costs it's roughly the same if not the same and you get a better experience guaranteed. Also more than likely a free shuttle. If you're going into Toronto, you'd be better off just booking accommodation there as it's generally cheaper and even if it's more expensive 1) you get a better experience and a cleaner room 2) this hotel is genuinely in an industrial estate a 45 minute walk away from the nearest metro/ train into Toronto and can be quite sketchy at night. Overall, avoid, save yourself the hassle because it's usually cheaper or better to just go elsewhere.

Easy and fast check-in. Safe parking. Clean room and welcoming Staff. Air conditioning needs some care.

Cheap place to stay for 1 night, I would not stay longer. It was loud. Good parking. Cheap price matched the quality of the place.
