The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many great locations, including the beautiful waterfront, Gastown, and a short bus ride or drive to Stanley Park. Highly reccommend! Delicious food available at the restaurant, too.

Not at all the experience I would have expected from this hotel group. Room service was cold and late. The bellman was nowhere to be found. The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast and there was no option outside of room service. Carpet was bunching in the rooms. Robes are stif and scratchy at best. Unfortunate experience overall.
